Ten years of enterprise tech sales taught me to listen past the ask and understand what a client actually needs. That's the lens I bring to every San Francisco real estate deal.

Real estate runs four generations deep in my family. My great-grandfather, Angelo Campana, co-founded Anchor Realty in San Francisco in 1945. My father, Mark Campana has run the firm since 1995, growing it into an operation that has totaled $800 million in sales and manages 2,000 residential units and commercial properties across the Bay Area. I grew up around that business by running showings, meeting vendors at properties, and completing paperwork alongside my dad. This life long exposure to real estate has given me an early and deep understanding of the San Francisco real estate market.

Before moving into real estate, I spent ten years in tech sales at Zoom and Notion, selling to Fortune 100 companies such as Meta, GM, and OpenAI. During my tech career, I consistently ranked among top global performers and finished as Notion's #2 global sales representative worldwide in 2025. While at Notion, I was the first employee on the ground in Sydney, Australia, where I opened the company's sales office and grew its presence from just myself to more than 20 employees before returning home to San Francisco.

Today I focus on San Francisco's multifamily and mixed-use investment market, helping owners understand what their properties are worth and make the right decision on sale timing to achieve their goals. With a decade of experience in sales across real estate and technology, I bring sharpened skills in reading complex deals, negotiating under pressure, and keeping clients focused on long-term outcomes. Whether working with a first-time investor or expanding an existing portfolio, I bring the same attention to detail to every relationship: clear analysis, straight answers, and a commitment to doing what's genuinely best for my clients.

Outside of real estate I'm an active member of The Olympic Club where I play tennis and golf. I love supporting Bay Area sports teams (Go 9ners!). I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary's College of California in Moraga with a minor in Economics.
